Evelyn Lin was born in Hunan Province, southern part of China. At age 4, she moved to Diamond Bar, California with her parents. In 2006, at the age of 18, Evelyn Lin signed a contract with a small photography studio with the intention of doing mainstream modeling. When told that "all mainstream models had to go through porn to become successful," she decided to give adult films a try. Lin started doing films during her spring break from school, and would only shoot on weekends or holidays there on. Lin is working towards an undergraduate degree in Communications.
